Installation Service Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Service Technician based in Overland Park, KS. The Installation Service Technician will handle installation, setup, and maintenance of audio-visual and communication systems. The role includes troubleshooting system issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery, and maintaining a professional level of communication with clients. The technician will collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently, support field service operations, and provide technical guidance during system installations.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Field Service to resolve technical issues and ensure system performance
• Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster positive client relationships and deliver tailored solutions
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with customers
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a time-sensitive manner
• Basic understanding of audio-visual and communication technology; previous experience in system installation is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to project sites
• Technical certifications or a background in electronics, engineering, or a related field are preferred
