We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused Electrician to handle residential and light commercial projects. This role is perfect for someone who can work independently but enjoys the backing of a collaborative, high‑performing team. Your work will span service calls, upgrades, complex troubleshooting, and custom installations.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Excellence: Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Solve Problems: Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service with clear, professional communication.
• Technical Execution: Work accurately from electrical drawings, blueprints, and service orders while ensuring all work meets local codes.
• Maintain Standards: Keep a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow company safety protocols.
• Lead & Collaborate: Support apprentices when needed and contribute to a positive team culture.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of professional electrical experience.
• Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems, specifically with panel upgrades and service work.
• Independence: A proven ability to manage your time effectively and work without constant supervision.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a "client-first" mindset.
• Logistics: Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a technical skills test.
