Senior Developer
Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH (no travel required)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Service Now Platform Lead who wants real ownership—not red tape. This is a builder‑first role where you’ll own the Service Now platform end-to-end and serve as the senior technical authority for a small, fast‑moving team.
What You’ll Do- 60%:
Service Now development, administration, and platform governance - 40%:
Build integrations, automation solutions, and lightweight internal applications - Own the Service Now platform roadmap and execution
- Mentor one junior team member
- Act as the senior technical escalation point
- Hands‑on delivery—this is not a people‑manager role
- 3–5 years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
- Strong experience with Service Now ITOM and CMDB
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment
- A rising star who wants ownership and visibility
- Comfortable being both technical lead and individual contributor
- Not aligned with slow, highly bureaucratic enterprise or government environments
- Takes real pride in craftsmanship and solution quality
