Lead ServiceNow Developer

Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH (no travel required)

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Service Now Platform Lead who wants real ownership—not red tape. This is a builder‑first role where you’ll own the Service Now platform end-to-end and serve as the senior technical authority for a small, fast‑moving team.

• 60%:
  Service Now development, administration, and platform governance
• 40%:
  Build integrations, automation solutions, and lightweight internal applications
• Own the Service Now platform roadmap and execution
• Mentor one junior team member
• Act as the senior technical escalation point
• Hands‑on delivery—this is not a people‑manager role
• 3–5 years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
• Strong experience with Service Now ITOM and CMDB
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment
• A rising star who wants ownership and visibility
• Comfortable being both technical lead and individual contributor
• Not aligned with slow, highly bureaucratic enterprise or government environments
• Takes real pride in craftsmanship and solution quality
