Software Engineers play a key role in providing design, development/configuration, unit testing, and ongoing maintenance of Zinnia software platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Work as part of a Platform Support team in investigations Level 3 Support to Zinnia Business and Client Operation Teams
- Work the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift to provide support during CST hours
- Create well‑designed, customized, testable, and efficient code for Zinnia platforms
- Collaborate with global teams, internal stakeholders, and customers
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, recognize and react to changing business needs, and effectively prioritize tasks
- Be self‑motivated and able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members and business units
- Show enthusiasm and flexibility to work on a variety of projects
- 5–7 years IT experience, with at least 4 years of strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies and end‑to‑end project life‑cycle experience using Agile / Kanban methodologies
- Proficient in SQL Server, capable of designing and developing complex queries; also experienced with Mongo
DB and NService Bus - Proficient in the .NET framework and building RESTful APIs
- Experience developing products using C#, React
JS, Angular, and Java Script - Demonstrable experience in systems architecture and N‑tier application development using Microsoft technical stack (SQL Server, TFS, Azure Dev Ops)
- Knowledge of AWS Lambda functions, container/micro‑service architecture, Docker, Python, and Java
- AWS Practitioner Certified preferred
