Engineer Software

Responsibilities

• Development and support of significant software features or projects with ReactJS and Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine and prioritize software requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high‑quality code standards.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies and development practices.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or other SQL databases.
• Experience in a full‑stack environment with a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience and/or training.
• Experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong experience writing unit/functional tests to drive code coverage and automation metrics.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Problem‑solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile principles preferred.

Base Salary Range: $87,400.00 – $.

Non‑sales positions may participate in a bonus program; sales positions may be eligible for additional incentives.

Remote and hybrid positions require reliable high‑speed internet with a wired connection and a dedicated quiet workspace. We provide necessary computer equipment. Applicants may be required to work in the office if they do not have an adequate home environment.
