• Design, develop, and deploy proof-of-concept and production Generative AI solutions using modern cloud-native technologies.
• Evaluate new Generative AI tools, platforms, and vendors to determine their suitability for business use cases.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and document intelligence solutions.
• Transform business ideas into functioning software through rapid prototyping and technical experiments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Support governance and compliance processes by providing technical documentation and risk assessments.
• Research industry trends and communicate findings to leadership, ensuring the organization remains competitive in AI advancements.
• Integrate AI platforms with enterprise systems and cloud services, establishing best practices and engineering standards.
• Support deploying solutions into production, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with web-based or distributed systems.
• Proven experience in building solutions using modern programming languages, frameworks, APIs, and cloud services.
• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex problems from conception to implementation.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of RAG, agentic AI workflows, document intelligence, or automation platforms.
• Background working within regulated industries with governance, risk, and compliance considerations.
• Experience in evaluating vendor technologies and supporting proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Competitive pay range: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour.
