T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Engineers, Software located in Overland Park, KS will code, test, debug, and document software applications.
Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Assist with information technology solutions by analyzing systems requirements, existing business process, and information systems.
- Assist with implementation of software applications.
- Oversee associate engineers on occasion.
- Documenting systems designs, presentations, and business requirements for consumption at the engineer level.
- Develop Restful APIs for different modules in the project using Java, spring framework.
- Design and develop Desktop application using Java swing and JavaFX framework.
- Design and develop web applications using Angular framework.
- Design and create Gitlab CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, test and deployment.
- Create User Interface mockups using Lucid chart and Balsamiq wireframes.
- Create API design document (Swagger) using Open API swagger specifications.
- Integrate Microsoft Entra Multifactor Authentication, Git Guardian, and Application scanning tools to provide secure applications.
- Use SDK programming for SIP based phone calls.

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Computer Science or related, and one year of relevant work experience.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related, and three years of relevant work experience.
Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3-4 days per week. No additional national or international travel is anticipated.

Candidate's pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
