J Rose Enterprises is seeking entry-level Class A CDL truck drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) trainee program. You’ll embark on a structured mentor-led training path, running all 48 states with consistent miles and a clear progression to solo status.
Orientation is in Springdale, AR with lodging provided; paid training at $75 per day, then post-training pay of 0.35 CPM, rising to 0.55 CPM after 3 months and 0.60 CPM after 1 year. Home time is out 7–10 days.
