** The

Responsibilities Include:

*** Ordering, picking, filling, and preparation of customer orders following GMP guidelines.  Coordination with the supply chain, Innovations, and sales personnel in sending samples to customers and other IFF locations.
* Ensuring that all required shipping documents are properly prepared according to the customers request along with various other administrative duties.
* Daily communication with department Warehouse Lead pertaining to receiving and shipping orders.
* Performs material handling functions on a daily basis for both domestic and international orders.
* Assists with performing cycle counts.
* Assist in administrative tasks, such as the handling and preparation of paperwork. May assist in the daily closing of the warehouse.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any and all task as established by management when needed.
* Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements as established by management.

Experience and Skills:

*** Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Understand and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) for the care, handling, and storage of food products.
* Ability to lift 55 pounds in a safe manner.

*** High School Diploma/GED 2+ years of experience /education in a manufacturing, laboratory, military, or a related role.
* Material handling forklift experience.
** Additional Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:
** This position quality driven, and requires a person who can think and act with minimal supervision. The person needs to be organized and detail oriented. A person who can identify problems while adhering to all policies surrounding the general and daily work flow. They must have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and work as a team with fellow employees and members of the management.
