Management consulting professionals design and implement transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value for clients. Accenture’s Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Senior Manager will support the development of our offerings and drive the delivery of consulting projects focused on digital asset adoption, regulation, and transformation.

• Industry experience within digital asset adoption, ecosystem, and regulation across financial services verticals and use cases.
• Demonstrated business and technology expertise with stable coins, tokenized deposits, tokenized securities or cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ether, Solana).
• Support digital assets transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Select, define, implement or operate digital asset custody solutions or custody models (qualified custody, sub‑custody).
• Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions, mapping them to tangible business value.
• Select, implement or operate digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
• Evaluate differences and trade‑offs among blockchains for regulated financial services use cases.
• Manage all parts of projects from client buy‑in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Support development of next‑generation digital assets technology offerings.
• Build reputation as an industry thought leader and provide trusted advisory to C‑suite clients.
• Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad engagement management and business development experience.
• Minimum 7 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or work streams across banking (including payments) and capital markets.
• Designed or assessed operating model (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks (policies, procedures, monitoring) within regulated financial services institutions.
• Led complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Developed and managed relationships with C‑suite client executives.
• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets.
• Built next‑generation analytic capabilities (e.g., AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets within banking and capital markets.
• Experience selecting, implementing or operating digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions.
• Structured problem‑solving skills and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution.
• Advanced degree or financial industry certification.

• Proven ability to operate within a collaborative environment.
