CNC Operator - 1st Shift

The Gund Company is hiring a CNC Operator to support our growing production team. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented operators who take pride in quality and want to grow their skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

• Operate and set up CNC machines (lathe, mill, and/or multi-axis equipment)
• Read blueprints and follow machining instructions
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make minor adjustments
• Maintain accuracy, documentation, and a clean work area
• Work with your team to meet production and quality goals

• CNC machining experience (lathe, mill, or both)
• Strong attention to detail and consistent quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow work instructions
• Willingness to learn and cross-train
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• GD&T knowledge
• CNC programming or offset experience
• Manual machining background

• $23/hour starting pay
