• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients in accordance with standards of nursing practice.
• Float between designated East Community Mercy Hospital facilities.
• Perform duties as required by the Emergency Department Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with care teams across multiple facilities.

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract
• Base Pay (Determined by Experience)
  • PLUS Regional Float Pool Differential $15.00 + $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends
• Stay Premium Program: Active after 2 years with Mercy. Up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  Preferred Education: BSN
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• REQUIRED Experience: Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year.
  Preferred Experience: Epic experience
• Certifications (Must have to start):
  • BLS certified
  • ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire.
• Physical Requirements/Demands: Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
