Position Overview

We are looking for a School‑Based Therapist to work with children and youth in the Ritenour School District, offering clinical services to children, youth, families, and collaborating with community resources. The role is a 10‑month, salaried position following the district’s calendar, with a starting salary of $45,522 (provisionally licensed) to $51,750 (licensed).

• Provide therapeutic services to children, youth, and families in a school‑based setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to support student success.
• Conduct assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring for students.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school coordination activities.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Completed National Counselor Examination (NCE) or hold an LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) credential.
• Preferred licenses: PLPC, LPC or LCSW.
• Valid driver’s license.
