Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or powered industrial equipment training is beneficial.
- 1 year of experience operating cherry pickers or similar powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to retrieve, transport, and store inventory at elevated rack locations.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment inspections.
- Ability to accurately identify inventory, locations, and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Current certification or experience operating cherry pickers, order pickers, reach trucks, or forklifts is beneficial.
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, productivity, teamwork, and inventory accuracy are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and safely operate powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work comfortably at elevated heights while operating cherry picker equipment.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment and moving inventory while following established safety procedures.

What You Will DoAs a Forklift Operator you will operate cherry picker equipment to retrieve, transport, stage, and store inventory throughout warehouse operations. You will perform equipment inspections, use RF scanners to verify inventory, replenish storage locations, prepare customer orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations while following established procedures.
