Qualifications- At least one year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Physical and sensory capabilities to perform duties effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Perform triage and patient assessments
