Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) providing high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Responsibilities- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on severity
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures
- Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
- Educate patients and families on emergency care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license and current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle irregular activity
- Proficiency in clinical skills, documentation, and PC use
