An industry leader in renewable energy is seeking an experienced Finance professional to support Sales Operations and business finance activities through comprehensive financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making, improving financial processes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including GOM, GBF, and Sales Operations teams. This opportunity is in Orlando, FL.
What you will do:
- Lead forecast consolidation activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial outlooks.
- Manage and deliver headcount and compensation reporting, including variance analysis and insights.
- Oversee RSU order-entry forecasting, providing forward-looking financial visibility.
- Support Sales Operations Program (SOP) service-level agreement tracking and reporting.
- Provide pricing support and analysis to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Own US-based cost center controlling, including planning, tracking, and variance management.
- Support communications budgeting and ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Deliver prescriptive marketing finance support, including ROI analysis and investment optimization.
- 5–8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in FP&A, Sales Finance, or related areas.
- Advanced expertise within a specific finance domain or sub-job family, with the ability to apply knowledge across multiple contexts.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify insights, and influence business decisions.
- Strong professional judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
