Job Details
Full-Time CRNA Opportunity with $100,000 Start Date Bonus, excellent culture and work life balance!
Highlights of the Opportunity- Anesthesia team consisting of 4 MDs and 11 CRNAs
- Case mix:
General, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Spine, Vascular, Robotics and GI services - 5 OR suites + 1 OB and 2 Endo suites
- No trauma, transplants, high‑acuity pediatrics, hearts, or burns
- CRNAs provide backup call to physicians
- Shift lengths: 8, 10, 12, and 24 hours
- 4 days per week schedule
- 4,500 cases annually
- OB average 800 annually
- Generous annual salary
- $100,000 Start Date Bonus
- Annual retention bonuses
- 9 weeks PTO and 6 holidays
- CME account with yearly funds
- Full company benefits plus 401(k) plan
- Company‑paid malpractice insurance plus tail coverage
