Administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration;
May supervise CNAs as directed;
Provide personal hygiene assistance including bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with bathroom trips; assist with showers and baths;
Assist with activities of daily living including meals, feeding, ambulation, turning and positioning; ensure hydration between meals;
Monitor patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; test urine; record intake and output information
