We are looking for a reliable, skilled Lead Concrete Coating Installer to join our growing team in the Oviedo area. This role is hands-on and involves leading a small crew, completing high-quality installations, and ensuring each job is done right, safely, and on time.

What You’ll Do- Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, cleaning, crack repair)
- Install epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coating systems
- Apply basecoats, flakes, and topcoats
- Lead a 1–2 person crew on-site
- Make sure all work meets quality standards
- Keep jobs on schedule
- Drive the company truck and transport materials/equipment
- Set up and clean up job sites
- Train and support team members
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- 2+ years of concrete coating or similar trade experience preferred
- Experience with grinders and concrete tools
- Crew lead or leadership experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active role
- Dependable and ready to work full days
- $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Compensation details: 25-35 Hourly Wage
