Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage the front reception area, welcome guests/visitors and distribute badges, answer phones and transfer calls, receive/sort/file mail, sign for packages and notify receiving parties
- Update and maintain temporary badge audit as per TSA requirements
- Assist with logistics support for customer visits and meetings and conference room preparation
- Order, distribute and track office supplies, business cards, branded materials, etc.
- Provide administrative assistance and project management to the President as needed
- Assist with Sales, Marketing and Business Management team projects as needed
- Oversight and management of special projects and committees
- Other duties as required
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Professional proficiency in oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Maintain high confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple projects with various completion requirements in time-sensitive environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2-3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Administrative and supervisory experience preferred
- Social media skills
- Aviation industry experience a plus

- Lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to handle numerous activities at once and complete in a timely manner
- Work with limited supervision and possess impeccable attention to detail, excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully with detail
- Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the department's credibility, operations, and services
- Ability to develop business resources, compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports
