Automotive Technician / Mechanic

This brand-new state‑of‑the‑art facility is scheduled to open in July 2026. Interviews will begin in June 2026. We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for must seek out solutions to tough problems and have a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.

• Use knowledge and skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long‑term career development

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as required for vehicle repair
• Have the dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk and stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
