Sr Lease Analyst

This position works with the Business Process Outsourcing team to coordinate with the Division Order, Lease Records, and Owner Relations teams to provide on‑time deliverables, quality products, and exceptional customer service.

• 3-5 years of experience with leases, title opinions, and state statutes.

• CPLTA

• Analyze various documents including leases, contracts, and title documentation to summarize company ownership and obligations.
• Set up leases and other agreements in Pak Land according to client processes and guidelines, using system QCs and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Associate leases / agreements to their appropriate well and unit relationships.
• Manage eCal payments, general and expiration obligations, ensuring timely and accurate payments and system updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong analytical skills and proven high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and to use sound judgement to determine priority of projects and keep several projects moving forward simultaneously.
• Team oriented, collaborative nature with excellent communication skills.
• Motivated and self‑starter.
• Great written and oral communication skills – phone and email.
