We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a multi-year system modernization initiative involving legacy system replacement, process modernization, and development of a cloud-hosted application integrated with member and employer portals.
The Business Analyst will support business process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and collaboration between business and technical teams
.
- 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in business and process analysis
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical/IT teams
- Business & Process Analysis
- Analyze business workflows, processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Define current-state and future-state processes.
- Create process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow charts
. - Collaborate with business units and technical teams to identify and document requirements.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
. - Create and manage Azure Dev Ops work items
. - Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and testable.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders.
- Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases
. - Perform functional testing.
- Document and track defects.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work closely with business stakeholders throughout the UAT process.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Facilitate meetings and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues.
- Support change management, training documentation, and user guidance.
