Senior Project Manager in Owasso

The Senior Project Manager will lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multiple construction or engineering projects simultaneously. This role involves comprehensive project oversight from planning through execution, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control. Frequent communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors is essential, along with maintaining detailed jobsite records and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and demonstrate strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.

• Plan and coordinate construction or engineering projects using established project management tools
• Lead large, cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage project budgets and control costs effectively
• Identify and mitigate risks through proactive risk management
• Ensure quality assurance throughout all project phases
• Maintain project timelines and deliverables
• Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Log jobsite records using Job Tread and in‑field notes
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with subcontractors and material vendors, including sourcing new vendors
• Manage change orders and project adjustments
• Prepare regular project reports and updates for stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and budgeting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Effective problem solving and time management abilities
