Responsibilities- Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the doctor.
- Utilize digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
- Manage clinical workflow, schedule, and supplies efficiently.
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
- Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
- Strong communication skills and passion for patient education.
- Work in a supportive environment equipped with advanced technology such as voice-activated perio charting and 3D scanning.
- Participate in structured onboarding, ongoing training, and continuing education programs.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, PRN) with manageable patient loads.
- Access mentorship and clinical support from the Hygiene Support Team.
