Qualifications:

Must hold a current license as a school psychologist in Oklahoma
Experience with psycho educational assessments and interventions across K-12 preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
Familiarity with school-based mental health support, MTSS/RTI, and IEP processes is beneficial
Ability to travel between multiple schools as part of weekly responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and interpret data to support student learning and development
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement effective strategies for students' success
Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
Assist in developing and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct regular progress reviews
Support a positive and inclusive school climate and contribute to staff and family education around mental health
