Senior Process Safety Management Consultant

Industrial Consultants is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Process Safety Management (PSM) Consultant to join our team.

If you have experience with OSHA PSM (29 CFR ), EPA RMP, compliance audits, mechanical integrity inspections, or Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct PSM and RMP compliance audits
• Perform mechanical integrity inspections
• Lead What-If/Checklist PHAs
• Work directly with industrial facilities across the U.S. to improve safety and regulatory compliance

Industrial ammonia refrigeration experience is highly preferred
, but we also encourage candidates with strong PSM, mechanical integrity, chemical processing, or industrial compliance backgrounds to apply.

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel (up to approximately 130 days per year)

Compensation will be based on experience, technical qualifications, industrial refrigeration knowledge, professional credentials, travel expectations, and the candidate’s ability to independently manage audits, inspections, PHAs, and customer projects.
