Someone responsible for reviewing closed loan packages to ensure all underwriting and closing conditions were received, ultimately assuring that each loan is eligible for sale on the secondary mortgage market.

• You are self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
• You can work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You possess strong knowledge of PC programs, including MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

• Ship/upload all closed mortgage loan files to end investors within timeline, quality, and volume performance objectives.
• Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor, resolve, and report on conditions requested by FHA, VA, USDA, and investors.

• High school diploma or GED

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Experience with servicing, post‑closing, or shipping
• Familiarity with mortgage documents
• Experience with Encompass

This position is in an office environment within a climate‑controlled facility that can be high‑traffic during peak service times. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position. Individuals in this position are typically seated at their personal desk for most of the day. The individual responsible for this role must be able to perform job functions with general supervision and work effectively as a member of a team and independently.

The person must be capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co‑workers, staff and customers. This position requires regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours.
