What You’ll Do

• Ship and upload all closed mortgage loan files to end‑investors within timeline, quality, and volume performance objectives.
• Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor, resolve, and report on conditions requested by FHA, VA, USDA, and investors.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with servicing, post‑closing, or shipping.
• Familiarity with mortgage documents.
• Experience with Encompass.
