Someone responsible for reviewing closed loan packages to ensure all underwriting and closing conditions were received, and ultimately assuring that each loan is eligible for sale on the secondary mortgage market.

• Ship/upload all closed mortgage loan files to end investors within timeline, quality, and volume performance objectives.
• Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor, resolve, and report on conditions requested by FHA, VA, USDA, and investors.

• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Use PC programs including MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Show care for the community and desire to be involved.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience with servicing, post‑closing, or shipping.
• Familiarity with mortgage documents.
• Experience with Encompass.

This position is in an office environment within a climate‑controlled facility that may be high‑traffic during peak service times. The role requires frequent use of the telephone, computer, and other office equipment. The employee will typically be seated at a personal desk for most of the day. Job functions are performed with general supervision, and the employee works effectively as part of a team and independently.

Regular, reliable attendance is required, and work may involve varying hours.
