• Bailey Medical Center offers a full range of medical services, including general surgery, maternity, gynecology, bariatrics, orthopedics and emergency care. The 73-bed hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in the region.

• The Patient Advocate is an important part of our customer service at Bailey Medical Center.
• This position will coordinate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff as well as with registration and the scheduling department.
• The Patient Advocate will also help with non-clinical scope of service by working with the House Supervisor’s rounding on admissions.
• Extra duties include registering patients, working the front information desk, pull no shows and fax to scheduling.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Microsoft Office Programs.
• Previous related Healthcare or customer service experience.
