The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all customer calls, in-bound and out-bound. The CSR will schedule appointment times, requirements and financial responsibility of the client, perform C-PAP/BiPAP setups. Also responsible for general office filing and upkeep of forms and supplies.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Health care credentials preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual is strongly preferred.
• Must possess and maintain good physical stamina and mental health. Has presented a pre- employment health clearance, including a negative TB skin test and/or CXR and other tests as required by Agency policy.
• Have satisfactory reference from current employers and/or professional peers.
• Have excellent observation and communication skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the Agency requirements; have proof of insurance, preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or  issued by a State, an outlying possession of the US, or a federal, state or local government agency/entity.  must have either a photo and/or identifying information such as name, address, DOB, gender, height, and eye color.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Windows/MS Office applications. Able to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Is self-directed, with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all work requirements and obligations.
