  Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with a stable daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM). No overnights, no fluctuating shift gaps, and no weekends!
• Direct Clinical Mentorship: Work in an energizing clinic environment backed closely by experienced, accessible BCBAs. We are proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Michelle Kuhn.

As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting, you will:

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

• All Backgrounds Welcomed: Great for candidates transitioning out of school district roles (LPS paraprofessionals/aides), daycare centers, state care services, DSP/CNA caregiving, medical assisting, retail, or hospitality looking for stable daytime clinical hours (prior experience in these fields is welcomed, but not required!).
• The Mindset: You are reliable, compassionate, high-energy, and thrive in active environments where you can see the positive impact of your work every day.
• Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
• Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
