Deliver High-Quality ABA Services – Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Provide Clinical Supervision & Mentorship – Supervise RBTs and support the development of clinical skills across your team, fostering consistent and compassionate service delivery.
Collaborate with Families & Caregivers – Build strong therapeutic relationships, provide caregiver training, and ensure continuity of care that empowers families to support their loved ones.
Conduct Assessments & Progress Monitoring – Use data-driven approaches to evaluate client progress, measure outcomes, and continuously refine treatment programs for maximum impact.
Contribute to Team Excellence – Participate in biweekly team meetings, peer collaboration, and a clinic culture built on continuous learning, mutual support, and clinical growth.
Partner with Leadership – Collaborate on clinic-wide goals, contribute to hiring and onboarding efforts, and uphold the highest standards of clinical quality across your caseload.
BCBA certification (current & in good standing)
Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs
Passion for assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and families
A commitment to data-driven, individualized treatment and continuous learning
