Overview
The purpose of the Hospitality Ambassador is to Connect with our guests during their Dine-In visits and to maintain a spotless and appealing lobby for their visit.
ResponsibilitiesConnect with our Guests:
You will be the face of Chick-fil-A Owasso Market for our Dine-In guests. During their visits you will help take the orders to the tables, make sure the orders are complete, refresh beverages when needed and clear trays when the guest is finished with their meal. In addition you will be able to Surprise and Delight our guests when appropriate.Maintain a spotless and appealing lobby:
You will be in charge of keeping vacant tables clean and sanitized awaiting the next guest. You will also make sure the floor and mats are clean and inviting. You will keep windows and doors free of fingerprints and smudges. As necessary, you will change out the trash receptacles when full. The number one goal is to provide every guest the "Chick-fil-A" Experience.The normal shift will be hours between 8am and 8pm depending on our sales.
