Bilingual HR Specialist
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual HR Specialist with experience using ADP to support daily Human Resources and payroll operations. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll-related changes, managing time and attendance, assisting with benefits administration, and providing bilingual support to employees in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle confidential information with accuracy and integrity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, current, and compliant HR and payroll documentation.
- Create, organize, and audit employee personnel files to ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records.
- Process termination paperwork, including I-9 retrieval and record retention compliance.
- Enter and maintain employee payroll information in ADP, including:
- W-4 updates
- Address changes
- Direct deposit information
- Employee status changes
- Review and manage employee time and attendance records, including missed punches, time corrections, and time-off requests.
- Train employees on ADP, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and company timekeeping procedures.
- Monitor attendance points and disciplinary actions while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Scan and maintain disciplinary documentation within the HR system.
- Administer employee badge issuance, replacements, and access coordination.
- Prepare and distribute benefits enrollment packets for new hires.
- Reconcile monthly insurance invoices with payroll and enrollment records.
- Process employment verification requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain labor law postings and employee bulletin boards.
- Translate HR and payroll documents between English and Spanish as needed.
- Coordinate vending machine issues with vendors.
- Order and maintain HR office supplies.
- Perform other HR and payroll duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous Human Resources experience required.
- ADP payroll experience required.
- Experience with payroll processing and timekeeping systems.
- Knowledge of HR documentation, personnel files, and employment laws.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with employee benefits administration.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and employment verification processes.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
