IT Operations Analyst
We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site IT Operations Analyst for the Information Services Division. The role supports a 24/7 monitoring and incident response team, providing on‑call support, monitoring system administration, and customer service.
Work Schedule: 3:30PM – 12:30AM, Tuesday–Saturday (40 hours per week). Salary up to $55,000 based on education and experience.
Responsibilities- Monitor dashboard pages, Teams channels, and email for unreachable devices and incidents assigned to the team.
- Create, update, and close incidents to support the incident response process.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure groups to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Fulfill requests while delivering quality, timely, and courteous customer support.
- Research and recommend changes and enhancements to current monitoring systems.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation related to monitoring processes, updates, changes, and daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Participate in daily status and change management meetings.
- Provide after‑hours support as necessary to maintain 24/7 coverage.
- Serve as a collaborative team member.
- 60 semester hours toward an information technology degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with one additional year of experience substituting for each year of required education.
- Knowledge of monitoring processes.
- Strong observation and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
The position is performed in an office setting, primarily using a computer. The job may involve standing, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, and carrying up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders or stairs. Occasional travel may be required.
