- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for Empower LOS workflows (Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing).
- Validate configuration, document management, and third-party integrations (e.g., RealEC, Equifax).
- Conduct UAT cycles and regression testing to ensure new changes do not break existing functionality.
- Ability to elicit requirements and track this to closure and BRD sign off
- Ability to create detailed Business Requirement documents
- Perform post-production validation and defect triage sessions.
- Track and document defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, Test Rail.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams for resolution.
- Ensure adherence to CFPB guidelines (ATR, QM, TRID) and other mortgage regulations.
- Provide usability and performance feedback from an end-user perspective.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Assist in training business users on testing procedures and system usage.
Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Empower LOS and good understanding of mortgage lending workflows.
- Strong requirement elicitation and management skills
- Ability to plan and execute UAT
