Position SummaryOur members choose our produce for quality and fresh food at a low cost. As part of the produce team, you’ll ensure availability, cleanliness, and freshness of the produce that members and their families eat. You will be on the front lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and you can help enhance the member’s shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness and freshness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions and maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
- Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner while maintaining inventory to prevent out‑of‑stock and over‑stock products.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep in‑stock levels and control shrinkage in a timely manner.
- Prepare produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) according to established standards and follow sanitation guidelines.
- Leverage digital tools for sales, customer experience, and associate engagement, using handheld technology to make instant business decisions.
- Drive performance of the area, using perpetual inventory management, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and guiding peers.
- Advocate for the department by valuing the member’s experience, modeling high‑quality service, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and apply these in executing business processes.
- Complete work assignments and prioritize using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to change.
- Passion for and experience with produce.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must successfully complete all job required training and assessments within the prescribed time period if the position is offered.
