ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Manager of Customer Support is responsible to the Senior Director of SOCC. The Manager of Customer Support is responsible for and has the authority to:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Customer Service with all relevant departments;
- Interact with existing and potential clients to represent Omni s service product;
- Develop a detailed brief for each contract for contracted service compliance;
- Coordinate flight preparations meetings and serve as liaison between the SOCC, Marketing, and relevant departments (example; Ground Operations, Crew Scheduling).
- Prepare or oversee crew briefing sheets for Flight and Cabin Crew members for any special requirements during flight.
- Prepare or oversee Ground Operations Representative briefing sheets for any/all requirements.
- Participate in in-brief and debrief with the customer to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes.
- Work closely with all relevant departments within the Organization to ensure a timely and free flow of information;
- Ensure compliance with all internal standards, policies and procedures of the Organization.

- Must be able to speak, write, and read fluent English
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and Power Point - Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Previous aviation experience Preferred
- Stand - 5%

- Must be willing to work in a time-sensitive environment and effectively handle stress associated with meeting deadlines, and managing unexpected change
- Capable of interpreting a variety of and multiple instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to communicate effectively so as to be understood
- Ability to handle numerous activities at once and complete in a timely manner
- Work with limited supervision and possess an attention to detail
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully
- Ability to compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports
