Daikin Applied is seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, on‑time delivery, and client satisfaction.

• Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules, project parameters, and procedures to achieve system objectives.
• Review project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedural requirements, staffing needs, and resource allocation across project phases.
• Develop work plans and staffing for each phase, arranging recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required.
• Consult with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• Coordinate project activities with government regulatory or other agencies, including necessary permitting.
• Review status reports, modify schedules or plans as needed, and generate tasks, estimates, dependencies, milestones, and documentation such as AIA.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the customer, providing accurate status reports and conducting project reviews.
• Prepare project reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion and timely completion of assigned projects with customer satisfaction.
• Investigate concerns, implement corrective action, and communicate with customers and staff to maintain satisfaction.
• Obtain acceptance and timely sign‑off of the project by the customer.
• Assist the Coordinator in securing required sub‑contract agreements and project documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6+ years of Project Management experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
• Experience in design‑build or plan‑and‑spec project management (preferred).
• Professional Engineering or Project Management Certificate (preferred).

Typical annual base salary ranges from $80,400 to $136,800 plus annual bonus in Nebraska. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade to which this position belongs. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
