If you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact  Summary Supports the Maintenance department in mechanical inspections, overhauls, maintenance upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks to support the business goals and objectives.

Ownership Perform all assigned preventative work order task safely and in a timely manner.

Follow all maintenance policies and procedures to meet department expectations utilizing maintenance excellence best practices.

Perform all assigned work order tasks safely and in a timely manner.

Complete work entries in CMMS system with all data fields completed as work is performed.

Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production operations.

Perform technical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines.

Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust machines.

Document all machine malfunctions on work order in CMMS system.

Perform routine visual inspections of machinery and equipment.

Detect faulty operations, defective material and document findings to a work order with follow-up communication with supervisor or maintenance planner.

Follow safety policy and procedures to include, but not limited to, lock out-tag-out, hot work permit, working from heights and confined spaces.

Follow maintenance storeroom policies and procedures to maintain maintenance inventory levels through parts consumptions.

Maintain a minimum of 65% work order versus paid hours metric by documenting all work perform to a work order as work is completed.
