This person is responsible for building and maintaining a culture of high trust and accountability for all team members within the production department.

This position follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, it supports a 24/7/363 operation, so sometimes additional evening and weekend hours may be required based on operational needs and to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

Ownership Lead safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives to support the KPIs (TRIR, CCPM, OEE, etc.) for the production department

Ensure that required government and environmental regulations are met Responsible for formulation, implementation, inspection, supervision, and control of various management systems of the production department

Prepare and conduct team meetings as required to achieve proper communication and development of team Responsible for coordinating with other department leaders (Safety, QA, Shipping & Receiving Logistics, Maintenance, and Planning) to ensure communication is clear and goals are met Evaluate performance against production targets and adjust resource allocation, as needed, to optimize the quality and cost efficiency of operations

Identify problems in production process and guide improvement plans, shift scheduling, overtime level, training, etc.
