Owasso, OK 74055. Pay Rate: $14.25/hr shift: 6:30am-3pm. Temp to Hire.

We are seeking an Oven Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial ovens and using various company processes to cook and process meat products, ensuring quality and efficiency. This is a vital role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

• Independently run industrial oven machines for cooking and processing meat products, ensuring they meet production specifications.
• Prepare and set up ovens for the evening shift, ensuring all equipment is ready for operation.
• Continuously monitor temperature, humidity, and cooking times, adjusting oven settings as needed to maintain product quality.
• Safely push product tanks weighing between 200 and 650 lbs., ensuring proper loading and unloading of meat products onto conveyor belts or racks.
• Check production schedules and ensure products are processed on time and efficiently.
• Scan out tickets to proper MR as production occurs.
• Perform regular maintenance and minor troubleshooting on ovens to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards throughout the cooking process to ensure product quality and worker safety.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production targets and help out when necessary, including assisting with spreading or dumping products during breaks.
• Document and report any issues or deviations from the process to ensure smooth production.

• Previous experience as a machine operator.
• Knowledge of industrial oven operations and how to adjust settings to meet production needs is preferred.
• Ability to follow strict safety protocols and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Physical stamina to lift and move meat products and work in a warm environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets within a regulated framework.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.

Competitive pay of $14.25/hr.

Day shift schedule: 6:30am-3pm.

Temp to Hire opportunity. Potential progression to permanent employment.
