Weekend RN – Sequoyah Pointe Living Center, Owasso, Oklahoma Job Summary

As a Weekend RN at Sequoyah Pointe Living Center, you will join a team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. Your weekend availability will allow you to make a significant impact on our residents' lives while working with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

• Provide direct patient care to residents on a weekend schedule (Saturdays and Sundays)
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assist with administering medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the medical team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning

• Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
