We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities- Assist with admissions, discharges, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
- Administer treatments, perform routine tests, and document care accurately.
- Report changes in resident conditions, handle emergencies, and maintain confidentiality.
- Supervise staff, review care plans, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Valid LPN license.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including the elderly and disabled.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and adherence to policies.
- Lifting, reaching, and assisting residents.
- Maintaining safety standards.
