Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Critical Care Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple critical care environments while providing exceptional patient care to high-acuity populations. The ideal candidate will have recent ICU or Emergency Department experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay Range: $33.15 – $48.00/hour (based on experience)
- Critical Care Differential: $6.00/hour
- Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hour (starting at 7:00 PM)
- Additional Shift Differential: $0.25/hour (starting at 11:00 PM)
- Relocation Assistance:
Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment required) - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plans, tuition assistance, wellness programs, and more.
Schedule - Full-Time
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Three 12-Hour Shifts Per Week
- 36 Hours Weekly
- Schedule May Vary Based On Department Needs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License required
- Minimum one year of recent Critical Care, ICU, or Emergency Department nursing experience required
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
