Sequoyah Pointe Living Center is looking for an RN to join our team as our MDS Coordinator!
We're looking for an experienced RN who understands long-term care and knows what it takes to keep the MDS process on track. This is a great opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and experience in a role that supports quality care across our facility.
The Role:- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments accurately and on time
- Maintain compliance with CMS, state, and federal requirements
- Coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Work closely with nursing leadership and other departments to support quality resident care
- Current RN license
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI guidelines, and care planning
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
