Positive, proactive, individual responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, operational efficiencies including food quality and compliance within governing rules. Develops, directs, and supervises hourly team members to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. Communicates with guests and employees to solve problems and ensures complete guest satisfaction.

Team Leads assist the restaurant General Manager in all aspects of store function.

Education/Qualifications

• Management level work experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory. 1 plus years
• Ability to read and do basic math
• Has reliable transportation
• Has or can get a food handler’s permit
